Getting Back Into the Swing of Things is Easier Said Than Done...

So I missed last Tuesday, and I know I will be missing next Tuesday as well! So far in our new place my life has consisted largely of assembling IKEA furniture (my personal review of all the items we've gotten and I've put together to come!), cooking, cleaning (color me your typical housewife...errr), annnnnnnnnnnnd JOB HUNTING!

Ahhhhh, the joys. I've had some interesting options pop up and one of them I really hope pans out and they make me an offer *fingercrossed!* BUT the upside is since I have plenty of time/availability on hands I'm actually flying over to Europe tomorrow morning to photography one of my best friend's elopement (something is apparently in the air with my circle of friends) and return next week. So I sadly won't see you next Tuesday, but the Tuesday after that hopefully will have some real good content.

In the meantime if you feel like having something to look at, check out one of my other blogs which chronicles the adventures of a decorative owl I took hostage from my college roommate. Sadie has traveled quite a bit with me, and it'll be with me when I take off tomorrow to have some new adventures: Where's Emma's Owl?

It's Been a Year and a Month, and I'm Back!

Happy Tuesday! Oh, it's been a while, but I might be back.

LIFE UPDATE:

Last we met I was moving out of an apartment and breaking up with my then girlfriend. I moved into a wonderful house where originally I was the only girl with four gay men, but one of them moved out the same weekend that I finally completed moving in and a co-worker of mine moved in no longer making me the only girl, but still leaving me as the only lesbian, and it was a great year living there with a great group of people.

In that time it also became apparent that I was very much in love with my boss, and eventually I decided to really go for it and even more eventually we ended up dating and eloped this summer and now I find my self once again in a living situation that can be boiled down to 2 girls. 1 apartment. ...also, back to the greatest state in the union, the one, the only granite state! Live free or die!

It's been quite the ride, and maybe at some point I'll flesh out all the details of that, but that's another story for another day.

So I'm going to attempt to give it a whirl again. ...And if it all works out, I'll see you next Tuesday!
